One of two back-to-back projects for the Stayman Manufacturing Co, this second job was for a 2-story building to go with the forge and machine shop of the prior project. It was likely a warehouse with office space, although the company headquarters seemed to remain in NYC.
Stayman was apparently a short-lived manufacturer of a specialized valve for steam engines; see prior entry for what details are known.
