Possibly from actual need for separate office space and possibly because more building space opened up with the rechanneling of Perry Creek, Haley & Lang added a one-story “office” to the front of their building, well after construction was underway.
After Haley & Lang failed to take possession and a few temporary tenants, Dymond-Simmons took over the oddly angular “office” and used it as a local showroom for the company and warehouse products.
